Jandy Pannell 'Taboo' 21 Aug - 19th Sept.1999 Cairns Regional Gallery

Jandy Pannell established contemporary Glass Artist based in Kuranda exhibited her show in the niche space at the Cairns Regional Gallery. This Trademark show displayed the diversity of this artist who has a glass merchandising range and has recently been commissioned for two major public artworks in the Cairns Convention Centre and the main entrance of the newly redeveloped Cairns Base Hospital. Pannell utilises glass as a medium that is not limited, she is constantly exploring new techniques and pushing its fluidity to the maximum.
